Non-owner occupied/small residential income...$550-800+ (duplexes, tri-plexes, or 4-plexes)

Condominiums/Townhouses...$350-$450

Limited Summary Report (forms 2055 and 2065)...$250-400 Quality and Condition

Evaluation Report (form 2075)...$150-200

Desk Review...$100 Field

Review...$200-300 Rent

Schedules/Operating Income Statement...$150

Reinspections/Completion Certificates (Form 442)...$75

The upper end of quoted fees is generally attributable to increased travel times associated with the appraisal of rural or complex properties. The fee schedule set above should serve as a guideline; however, there are cases - such as those involving complex properties- where the upper end of the fee range may be exceeded.
